How do I buy a Gift Card?

At this time we only offer online e-gift cards which can be purchased through Vagaro

We are typically in massage sessions through out the day and are unable to respond to voicemails until the end of the day. Feel free to request a call back by leaving us a voicemail.

This is my first massage, what can I expect?

Your first massage can be exciting and can be nerve inducing, we work with first-time massage clients frequently! We are familiar with every question that you might have and encourage you to keep open communication with your massage therapist throughout your appointment. During your first appointment, you can expect your massage therapist to check you in and guide you back to the therapy room. Your massage therapist will ask questions about your intake form and any concerns you may have and what areas you could like to focus on. Your therapist will step out of the room after directing you to undress down to your level of comfort and tell you which direction to start on the massage table (for some it is lying on your back, stomach or side-lying). Your therapist will re-enter the room and begin the session. Most therapists will recommend closing your eyes through the session and trying to concentrate on breath work while they work through areas of tense muscle tissue. If you find yourself feeling uncomfortable or in any amount of discomfort, we encourage you to speak with your massage therapist to adjust technique or pressure.

How do I book an appointment for someone else?

We highly recommend purchasing a gift-card through Vagaro and gifting it to them! This avoids confusion and allows them to fill out their intake forms before their visit.

How do I cancel my appointment?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment booked at Vitality Massage Studio, as per our cancellation policy that is signed during booking, otherwise you may be charged a fee for your cancellation. If you are outside of the 24 hour policy, you can cancel your appointment directly through Vagaro under 'my appointments' or you can head over to our cancellation page and fill out the messaging form.

Do I have to book online?

We are typically in massage sessions through out the day and are unable to respond to calls for appointments, to alleviate this we ask that all appointments be booked through our secure, online booking system called Vagaro. It is a very simple, easy to use website.

Do you take insurance or FHA or HSA cards? I have massage benefits!

We do not take HSA cards, or insurance. We will not accept these as forms of payment. You must book online with a credit or debit card and bring that card in person for payment. Most flex benefit cards and health savings account and insurances offer reimbursement for these services, we expect clients to pursue that on their own. We are happy to provide a digital receipt for any services.
